While previously licensed with ReMax 100, Cyndi quickly established herself in ReMax 100's Executive Club and was also awarded the "Platinum" Team Award through the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors.
Linda leads her team with proven years of expertise and experience in business. Her past history with her own retail furniture stores has helped give her an edge in the Real Estate business. In addition, Linda has also served as a Regional Sales Trainer for Reliable Homes and currently serves as the Vice President of Apple Creek Development.
When she's not showing property, you could probably find Linda on her 35 foot Egg Harbor sport fishing boat that is Captained by her son David Antosh and her Son-in-law Brad Krolczyk. Or in her 235 Cherokee Piper Airplane piloted by her brother Gerry Nance. She also adores spending quality time with her now five year old grandaughter Selena.

Meet Jennifer Novak
Jennifer Novak is a young and energetic member of the Dream Team with a fresh approach to today's Real Estate market. A Maryland native, Jennifer has enjoyed living and working in many of the wonderful communities here. At the age of 19 while attending college she began managing a family owned furniture store in College Park where she was schooled in Customer Service by a Pro and another member of the Dream Team, Rose Taylor. Jennifer really liked working with the public and handling the day to day responsibilities of managing the business but as with most twenty-something's she longed for something more. So after four years and some soul searching Jennifer realized that her talents may be better suited in a different field. Her excellent customer service skills, a flair for decorating and design and clever business sense combined with a strong desire to help people seemed like just the right strengths for a career in Real Estate.
Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Cyndi worked as an Instructional Designer for a multimedia company. One of her best attributes is her impeccable attention to detail which is well carried over into the real estate business.
When not practicing real estate, Cyndi in her spare time enjoys riding her now 20-year old Quarter Horse named "Inyourdreams" (aka "Destiny"). Since buying Destiny as a 2-year old, they have competed in classical Dressage competitions and also in many jumping events. Cyndi is also currently riding several Friesian mares with high hopes of more Dressage competitions in the very near future.
Cyndi also enjoys spending time with her husband Brad. Having been married in Las Vegas in 2001, they like to visit at least once a year to celebrate their anniversary.
Jennifer started working with Linda Beam and the Dream Team in 2002 and couldn't be more thankful to Linda for giving her the opportunity. Jennifer loves her career and couldn't imagine doing anything else. She loves meeting new people and sharing in their experiences and making those experiences as smooth and stress-free as they can be. When she's not performing Real Estate Jennifer loves spending quality time with her supportive Husband Steven and their beautiful daughter Rylie who was born in August of 2004. She has found motherhood to be a true gift and knows that strong family ties are the key to success in any field.
Meet Rose Taylor
Joining the Dream Team in August 2004, Rose is the newest member of the team. She joins us with a great deal of sales experience and enthusiasm. Prior to becoming a realtor, she owned and operated a successful furniture retail business for over 20 years. She believes that her success in her business stemmed from her commitment to her clients. She dedicates herself to giving the best customer service and prides herself in her outstanding reputation throughout the home furniture industry. Her plan is to carry those same ideas into the home real estate industry and believes that her success will follow. Already, she has received referrals from previous clients and cherishes the greatly appreciated compliments.
Being a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of two, she has a great appreciation for the needs of busy families. Her management experience as well as her mom experience has taught her to be a good listener. She believes that gaining an
understanding for what a client is looking for is half the battle.
Rose has also had success in her personal life. She just celebrated her 24th wedding anniversary with her husband Sandy. Her son Steven, a graduate of Maryland University, is now working towards his masters degree. Her oldest daughter, Carissa, is a sophomore in college, captain of the volleyball team, and majoring in Business Administration. Her youngest daughter, Kristen, is a senior in High School, a cheerleader, and looking forward to college next year.
